2. Services Offered

Weavewood Café offers a range of services including, but not limited to, the sale of artisan woven textile goods, provision of handcrafted fabric workshops, a specialty garden café experience with locally sourced organic food and beverages, and various weaving and knitting classes. Bespoke textile commissions are also available by consultation. All services are subject to availability and separate booking/purchase agreements where applicable.

3. Workshop Bookings and Cancellations

Workshop bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days will be issued store credit. No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop, or for no-shows. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to another date.

4. Product Purchases

All textile goods and products purchased from Weavewood Café are subject to availability. We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and screen display differences. All sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described, in which case our Returns Policy applies.
